The Sports Guild is operated by SporTech Innovation Lab — the ecosystem builders of the sports world. The Guild is not a marketing programme sitting beside their platforms; it runs underneath them, as the reputational layer of the whole system.
Every point in the Guild's ledger begins as a verified competition result recorded on SportsKeyz — the identity spine of Indian sport. That is why standing in the Guild cannot be claimed, inflated or purchased: it inherits its truth from the ground up.

Sport has always known who builds its champions. It simply never said so.
The Guild was founded to correct that omission — to give the coaches, officials, scientists and stewards of sport an honour measured the only way they would respect: by the victories of the athletes they built. Champions are forever. So is the record of those who made them.

Can I apply for membership?

No. The membership must be offered — it cannot be demanded or asked for. What you may do is verify your standing: enter your SPID and learn how far your athletes’ victories have already carried you. When the record is beyond question, the Guild writes to you.

Is there a fee — joining, annual, or otherwise?

None. The Guild has sold exactly zero memberships and intends to keep it that way. Your athletes’ podiums are the only currency the house accepts.

How is the Hero Score calculated?

Every podium your athletes take at a qualifying competition is entered against your name and weighed by its level, from the local ground to the international stage. The precise arithmetic is disclosed to members alone — it is one of the first courtesies of investiture.

I am not a coach. Am I still counted?

The Guild honours thirty-eight professional roles across six categories — coaching, technical officials, sports science, programme leadership, operations and analysis. If your work builds champions, the ledger already has a page for you.

Who are the partner houses?

Artisans in their fields — travel, table, attire, wellness and concierge. The circle is disclosed to members alone, and it evolves; the standard it is held to does not.

What is a SPID, and how do I get one?

The SPID is your Sports ID — the verified identity on which the ledger is kept, recording your discipline, your role and the athletes in your charge. It is issued through the SportsKeyz app, where results are verified as they happen.

Can a membership be gifted, transferred, or inherited?

No. Standing belongs to the record, and the record belongs to one name. A membership cannot pass to another hand — at any price, for any reason.

May I put forward someone else’s name?

You may speak for another — a colleague, a mentor, a teacher whose record deserves the house’s attention. Write to the correspondence address below. The Guild reads every commendation; it answers only the one commended.
